TruFlexSander Refund Policy

At TruFlexSander, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

2. Process for Returns

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at truflexsander.com. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3. Refunds

Processing Time

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at truflexsander@gmail.com.

4. Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at truflexsander@gmail.com, and send your item to: 4506 vista estates ct.

5. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
