TruFlexSander Lifetime Warranty

At TruFlexSander, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction and confidence in our products. Please read the terms of our lifetime warranty carefully.

1. Coverage

What is Covered

This lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage from dropping the sander
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external factors.

2. Warranty Period

The lifetime warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

3. Claim Process

Initiating a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at Truflexsander@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photographs or documentation.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your warranty claim, we will review and assess the issue. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. This may include returning the product for inspection or providing additional information.

4. Remedies

Repair or Replacement

If your product is found to be defective and covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to us for inspection.
